The firm is under leadership of Mr. Mangesh J. Nalawade, founder Member. He has done his B.L.S. L.L.B. from University of Mumbai. He has obtained Masters in Business Laws (M.B.L.) from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. He has also done Diploma in Cyber Law and Security from Symbiosis, Pune.

He has vast knowledge in Land Laws, Real Estate Laws, Housing Societies Laws, SRA, MHADA and has expertise in development of properties, TDR, government lands, B1 lands and leasehold lands, etc. He has keen interest in Intellectual property rights, cyber laws, etc.
